I would recommend Need To Sell to anybody!!! My house was listed on Zillow for over 5 months. Buyers backed out 3 times. I called them from a postcard, and they came out the same day to see my house. Josh gave me a cash offer before he left, and we closed with no surprises or issues. Thanks Josh
